Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dance floor — all of it. Guests arrive, the day unfolds, and you're back in the city for a Monday meeting. The most-booked tier for couples without a destination crew.

The Greatroom seats 60 in U-shape. The Pavilion converts to four breakout pods. The orchard reads better than any boardroom. Executive offsites, leadership trainings, and small-format conferences — Monday through Thursday only.

Black-tie galas for nonprofits, donor-circle dinners, brand activations with editorial press requirements. The Pavilion at full lighting reads like a Met-extension wing. Step-and-repeat zone built into the north service hall.

Deposits & Cancellation

We hold dates only with deposit.

25% of total at contract signing holds the date. Balance due 60 days before event. Cancellation refund schedule: 100% (more than 12 months out), 50% (6-12 months), 25% (3-6 months), non-refundable inside 90 days. Force-majeure rebook within 24 months at no charge.

Liability insurance ($1M minimum) required of caterer. Auberlin Estate, LLC carries $2M general + $5M umbrella. Full policy summary in contract.
