We collect inquiry details only to reply to you about hosting your event at Auberlin Estate. Specifically: names, event date, guest count, budget band, and contact preference.

We never sell your data. We never add you to a marketing list. The only people who read your inquiry are Eleanor Whitfield-Marsh (Director) and one assistant.

CCPA Rights (California Residents)

You have the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of any data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, email events@auberlinestate.com with subject “CCPA Request.” We respond within 45 days.

Cookies

This site uses one essential session cookie. No tracking. No third-party analytics.

Data retention

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Booked-event records are kept for 7 years for tax and licensing purposes.
